The first port of call if you need medical care is the Medical Tent on the main track through site. There you’ll find paramedics, first aiders, medical herbalists and other health professionals working together with a holistic approach.
The nearby Welfare Tent is open 24 hours offering practical assistance, empathic support, a safe space and signposting to relevant services.
Our Healing Circle on the edge of the camping fields provides tranquility, wellness, meditation, movement and massage… often there’ll be sitar or flute music wafting on the breeze as you enjoy glorious views across the valley.
In the Healing Circle a central garden is flanked by domes and yurts where Yoga, Chi Gung and Healing Arts workshops take place. Around the circle are tents belonging to healers, masseurs and complementary therapists. The therapists here work for donations; this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a one-to-one session with a gifted, qualified practitioner at far less than the usual cost.
The Workshops are perfect if you prefer a collective therapeutic experience. All day, from around 8am, these workshops are free. There are programme boards outside each space, sessions last about an hour, and if you’re late it’s usually ok to join in – just be sensitive to what’s happening.
Yoga classes are available throughout the day, in a wide variety of styles, and are often packed!
