Colin Manson is a Scottish singer-songwriter and sailor. The influence of his voyages around the world is unmistakable in his expansive music arrangements and smoothly undulating guitar parts. On top of his epic indie-folk sound floats Colin’s old-world vocals, reflecting the Gaelic tones of having been raised on the rural West Coast of Scotland. Now living in his camper-van, Colin brings his experience of the sea in this musical form to festivals and firesides firmly on the land. His thought-provoking and introspective lyrics are fresh yet relatable, leaving us with our own detailed picture from a seemingly simple refrain. Having made his way around the world busking and playing gigs, Colin is now based in South Devon working on his debut EP alongside drummer and producer Chris Bond who previously worked with Ben Howard.
